The smooth nylon lining eliminates the potential for damaging tissue from exposing the skin directly to ice. The lining also prevents dirt and shavings from sticking to the inside of the boot. The hock boots are one size fits most, with hook and loop straps with elastic for adjustability. The Professionals Choice Ice Boots go into the freezer directly until frozen, wet let and boot before application to maximize cold therapy. Recommended use time: 20 minutes.
