Pricing and Sales Policy

It is the goal of The Paddock Saddlery to provide fair and accurate pricing to all patrons. Prices are subject to change without notice based on market fluctuation. 

Discounts associated with promotions labelled as "Save (amount)% off of your order" are calculated based on the dollar value total of remaining non-sale priced items in your cart after all other discounts have been applied. Items including but not limited to dewormers, cohesive bandages (vetrap, coflex, etc.), custom shop items, poultice, feed, bedding and stall gates are exempt from all order level discounts.

Additionally some items from specific brands may be excluded from all discounts. This is due to individual manufacturers Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policies which prevents us from discounting those items. We are required to abide by our manufacturers MAP restrictions due to policies laid out by United States antitrust statutes.  

Free gift promotions are only available while supplies last.

The Paddock Saddlery reserves the right to limit the total quantity purchased or the number of times a promotion can be redeemed. Items with purchase limits will be noted on the product detail page.

The Paddock Saddlery reserves the right to review all orders for pricing accuracy and product availability. In the event of a technical or human error in pricing, promotion, description or availability; the item(s) in question may be removed from the order or the entire order may be cancelled. In the event that we must cancel an order for any reason our staff will notify you and your original payment method will be refunded
