FREE GROUND SHIPPING
The Paddock Saddlery offers FREE shipping on non-FOB orders over $70 shipped to the contiguous United States. Non-FOB orders under $70 are subject to a $10 handling fee. FOB items – you will be charged actual ground shipping charges based on total order weight on items marked FOB (Freight On Board).  FOB items are typically those that weigh over 2 pound or that are oversized.

Express Shipping
Available upon request at an additional charge.  Please select Next Day or Second day shipping during checkout and a customer service representative will contact you with your shipping costs. You may call 1-800-321-2142 (US) or 330-626-5000 (outside of the US) to get estimated shipping charges.

The Paddock Saddlery ships via UPS, USPS or via truck. Most orders under $100 are shipped via USPS Priority mail. The following items cannot be shipped mail: vaccines, needles, orm-d items, glass, liquids, over 2 lbs, going to racetrack or training centers.

How Soon Will I Get My Order? Most orders will ship the same day. Ground shipping usually takes 1-5 business days. Please note - do not count Saturday, Sunday or recognized holidays in your delivery time. Unless the order is sent Next Day Air (Saturday delivery), UPS will not delivery on Saturday (please call 1-800-321-2142 to arrange for Saturday delivery)
